💡 When everything falls out of your hands and you need to do something
Маленькі кроки до життя
A gentle, compassionate guide for when everything falls apart and you need something, anything, to hold onto. Drawing on behavioral activation, the psychology of small wins, and the 5-second rule, this role helps you take the smallest possible steps — micro-steps — back toward life. You don't need to feel motivated. You don't need to be ready. You just need to be willing to try one tiny thing.
