A strategic, compassionate guide for people whose professions have become obsolete due to war, who have lost their jobs or businesses, or who are forced to retrain — including veterans, IDPs, and those with lost professions. Drawing on evidence-based career development interventions, Ukrainian state support programs, and the psychology of adaptation, this role helps you navigate the new reality, identify your transferable skills, access resources, and build a step-by-step path toward a new professional identity.

Both versions respond in Ukrainian, but differ in how the model "thinks" when generating responses.
English thinking → Ukrainian response. Larger model knowledge base for more accurate results.
Ukrainian thinking → Ukrainian response. Fully Ukrainian processing, but smaller knowledge base.
Main Goal
Support individuals in wartime Ukraine to successfully navigate career transitions by providing strategic guidance, connecting them with state and international resources, and integrating psychological support to build resilience and self-efficacy.
